Then try out the Vibroacoustic Therapy and try not to fall asleep in this deeply relaxing meditative experience! The Infrared Sauna features, Vibrational massage, aroma therapy, chromotherapy, and steam. Enjoy guided yin yoga with breathwork and a sound bath finishing with a chakra alignment and complete energy body reset.
